J.Free Band: Pahoa, May 9.

Well, last night went terrific and was an awful lot of fun-- apparently nobody had enough of it as we'll be back in the same venue at the Black Rock Cafe, Wednesday, May 9.  Last night we were started before 7:00 and pretty much rolled to 11:00. Pretty high energy and a good time all around. Hope to see you all next Wednesday also!

Thank you all for the support! The band feels strong tailwinds and we're riding high.

Farewell, Jeff. . .

We lost our drummer Jeff, who many of you know, in finality last weekend to pancreatic cancer. This is no surprise to us, as he was diagnosed last October and there were few hopeful moments for him since then. He will be missed, by us for sure, and many no doubt, and his heroism in that final passage humbling for those who witnessed it.

We are unaware as of yet as to Jeff's family's plans for a memorial. As those details become public, we can provide details to those who knew Jeff personally as to where and how respect and remembrances may be made. Otherwise, please respect Jeff's family's privacy during this difficult time.

Thank you.
